The general administrator establishes multiple accounts for the entire system, each corresponding to a user (company), and coordinates the allocation of their respective parking spaces. Vehicles are required to establish a vehicle information table for entry based on working days (driving week schedule), and those not on the daily list will be charged as temporary vehicles, effectively alleviating vehicle congestion in the factory area and improving the management image of the factory.

For visitor vehicles, WeChat reservation function is provided, and these vehicles can enter and exit without stopping during the reservation period. Temporary vehicles should be registered at the security checkpoint to effectively prevent unrelated vehicles from entering or leaving the factory area.
